As a Sports Vision Ophthalmologist - these are most likely pinguecula and are benign conditions. They represent the thickening of the otherwise normally clear conjunctiva and can often be a little pigmented, but usually more yellow as in this case. Often no treatment besides topical eye drops to lubricate is needed, although occasionally they need to be surgically removed.
